This class is designed for beginners. Through slow, controlled movements and modifications for all skill levels, it aims to improve core strength, posture, flexibility and breath control. It will challenge the entire body with balanced exercises that strengthen and stretch major muscle groups. Breathing techniques are taught to enhance the benefits. Gentle yet effective, this class is suitable for everyone.

*Students need to bring their own grip socks.
