This Pilates Reformer class is suitable for all ability levels. Teacher will demonstrate modifications so you can work at your own pace. You'll flow through a series of movements to strengthen your core and whole body while improving flexibility, balance and posture. Teacher will show you ways to modify exercises to your fitness level. Beginners and those new to the reformer are welcome. Experienced students can also challenge themselves further.
*Students need to bring their own grip socks.
