Join us for a gentle and healing chair yoga practice. Using a chair for support, we'll guide you through modified poses to increase flexibility and mobility regardless of physical limitations. Chair yoga is perfect for those who are inactive, in pain or healing from injury. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and with increased range of motion. No experience needed - come as you are to unwind and feel good. The class is conducted in Bilingual (Cantonese and English).
