This Pilates Reformer class is suitable for all ability levels. Teacher will demonstrate modifications so you can work at your own pace. You'll flow through a series of movements to strengthen your core and whole body while improving flexibility, balance and posture. Teacher will show you ways to modify exercises to your fitness level. Suitable for intermediate levels.

*Students need to bring their own grip socks.
