This class is a 45 minutes lunch class. This class focus on how to use, maintain, and recover your hips and hamstrings. As the primary movers in your body, these areas can easily become tight and limit your range of motion. There are a variety of gentle and dynamic movement to stretch, strengthen, stabilize, and provide deep release. This class is suitable for all-level students. The class is conducted in bilingual (Cantonese and English).
