This class focuses on strengthening your legs and glutes. Challenging movements will also work your core, balance, and posture. Both kneeling and standing positions on the reformer are included. Teacher will show you ways to modify the exercises to your fitness level. Modifications will be provided so you can work at your own level, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. The goal is to leave with stronger, more toned legs and glutes.
*Students need to bring their own grip socks.
