Yin yoga is a quiet practice on the floor where poses are held for 3-5 minutes, gently stretching the connective tissues, releasing muscular tension, and promoting deeper flexibility. After we connect with our bodies, we wind down with seated meditation. The class is conducted in Bilingual (Cantonese and English).
